Proxies for HOA Annual Meeting – July 18th, 2018

Our annual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 7 p.m., at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course Clubhouse.

We will have at least one open seat on the board. Additionally, one member’s term is up, so that seat will be up for re-election (and for anyone to run against).

If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form designating a proxy in order to help us meet quorum.

If you have any questions or have trouble downloading the proxy form, please feel free to use the contact form, and an HOA member will get back to you ASAP.

Hope to see you all on the 18th!

NEW DATE: Annual Meeting Rescheduled for August 9

hoa-reschedule

Unfortunately we were unable to meet our quorum the evening of our original HOA meeting, so we have rescheduled for 7 p.m., Wednesday, August 9  at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course Clubhouse.

We need a total of 26 households to reach quorum, so please make efforts to be there if it all possible.  If you cannot attend, you can also fill out a Meeting Proxy Form and send it with your proxy designee to the meeting.  (View a sample completed proxy form.)

Please note this proxy form will only be valid for the August 9th meeting.  We have plans to send out a proxy form with next year’s HOA dues notices for the 2018 meeting.

Hope to see you all (or your proxies) on August 9!

I just placed copies at all three entrances as well, if you’d prefer a paper copy. The picture of one of our monuments printed really dark, so I’m attaching it too because our monuments look so pretty right now! Hope you all enjoy.
